The restaurant has differing dining alternatives – ideal for a martini before an evening out in the restaurant's bar, a place to savour a long degustation dinner in an intimate booth seat or perhaps a spot to finish the evening with a cognac shared with friends. The restaurant boasts ninety seats, featuring a separate bar, booth seating and a private dining room that seats between 8 to 12 people.
In terms of atmosphere and culinary experience, Après is a triumph. Under the chef's spell, modern French cuisine becomes a wondrous dining experience where dishes such as duck confit and bouillabaisse are common fair and constantly reinvented. Après's extensive wine list features the finest wines, celebrating a range from both iconic and boutique French and local producers.
The ambience of the interior of the restaurant can best be described as understated luxury. The interior features rich, warm colours highlighted by luscious curtains, intimate booth seating, bronze mirrors, feature pendant lighting and a semi-open kitchen offering a glimpse into the workings of the kitchen in full swing.
